1. Donations

All donations made to Newlife Welfare Foundation are final and non-refundable.

2. Errors in Donation

In case of an error in the donation amount or duplicate transactions, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and, if justified, process a refund.

Once the refund request is approved , the refunded amount will be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.
